We offer free shipping all over the world.

About Delivery Service
We use local delivery companies in each country and region to deliver your order.
Products are shipped from overseas. Therefore, please allow 14-28 days for delivery.

(Delivery time may vary depending on the product and the number of items ordered. (Delivery work is not performed on Saturdays and Sundays.)
If you order multiple items from multiple stores, they will be shipped separately.
However, please note that delivery companies may pack multiple items in one large package.
Please note that we are not able to deliver items on a specific date and time due to international delivery. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
We will send you a tracking number by e-mail after the shipment is completed.
Please allow 7 days for the tracking number to be reflected due to international shipping.
(Please note that we may not be able to provide the tracking number at the time of shipment due to some special shipping conditions. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery after notification of shipment).
If you do not receive an email, it is possible that your registered email is incomplete or that it has been sent to your spam mail. Please check again.
Please contact us if you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, such as long-term absence or incomplete address.
Cautions for Address Entry
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly and accurately. If the shipping address does not match the address registered on your credit card, a credit card error may occur.

RETURN ITEM
Returns and refunds
We will accept returns and refunds for items that are irreparably damaged or stained, or for items that are different from what was ordered or in the wrong size.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for size changes, etc., as the items are shipped directly from overseas.
Please contact us within 15 days after delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been used.
If the product is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and packaged in its original packaging including tags, etc.
Please contact us with your name, order number, product name and reason for return.

商品は海外からの発送となります。そのためお届けまでに、
14〜28日ほど商品のお届けまで時間がかかります。
商品や商品注文数により前後する場合ございます。 (配送作業は土日を除きます)
複数店商品を申し込まれた場合、商品別に配送されます。
※ただし、配送業者により1つの大きい配送梱包の中に、複数の商品をつめて配送される場合がございますのでご注意ください。
また、海外配送のため日時指定での配送は対応ができません。ご理解の上、ご利用をお願いいたします。
発送完了後メールにて追跡番号をお送りさせて頂きます。
海外発送のため追跡番号の反映に7日ほどお時間を頂いております。
(一部特殊な配送のため発送時に追跡番号をご案内できない場合ございます。発送通知から〜1週間以内でのお届けとなります。)
※メールが届かない場合、ご登録いただきましたメールの不備、もしくは迷惑メールに入ってしまっている可能性があります。今一度ご確認をお願い致します。
※長期不在や住所不備等などお客様ご都合でお荷物のお受け取りができない場合はご連絡ください。

返品・返金について
受け取られた商品が修復不可能な破損・汚損がある場合と注文された商品と違う商品やサイズ違いが送られてきた場合は対応いたします。
※サイズ変更のための交換などは海外からの直送のためご遠慮いただいております。
商品お届け後、15日以内にご連絡ください。ご使用済みの商品は返品・返金できかねます。
商品が未使用で、洗濯されていない元の状態であり、タグなど含めてオリジナルのパッケージに包装されている場合
お名前、ご注文番号、商品名と返品理由を記載の上ご連絡ください。
